An introduction to environmental geosciences.  Includes a study of environmental systems: lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere, plate tectonics, rock types, mineral resources, volcanism, earthquakes, weathering soils, surface water, ground water, climate, weather, oceans, energy, environmental change.  Three hours of lecture and two hours of laboratory per week.
